By downloading, installing, or using HardcoreFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the app.
HardcoreFocus is a focus and productivity app designed to help you accomplish one meaningful task per day through focused work sessions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
All purchases are made through the iOS App Store. We do not process payments directly. All billing, refunds, subscription management, and payment disputes are handled by Apple through the App Store.
By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment policies. For any billing issues, contact Apple Support directly.
You agree to use HardcoreFocus only for its intended purpose: focusing on meaningful work. You will not:
HardcoreFocus, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
HardcoreFocus is provided as a tool to help with focus and productivity. We are not responsible for any consequences of your use or misuse of the app. Use it responsibly.
We collect zero data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we protect your privacy.
You can stop using HardcoreFocus at any time by deleting the app from your device. These terms will remain in effect regarding your past use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
